This part is very large and the requested quantity is small.
So we advise our client to produce it by aluminum sand casting process.
The feature of this process is cheap mold. Its mold can be produced foam, wood or regular aluminum.
As this part is huge, and we produced the mold with wood. It is cheap and good surface. With it, we produced the sand shape of part. Pls see the flowing pictures.
As the parts is more than 270kgs, we must pour the aluminum water into the sand shape with be big spoon.
