Gravity die casting is one kind of permanent mold casting. The molten aluminum is poured directly from a ladle into a semi-permanent or permanent die, and they flow slowly into the cavity under nature gravity, after that, it will be also cooled and solidified under nature gravity.
What is advantages of gravity die casting parts:

· suitable for larger, thicker parts that can not be produce by pressure die casting process.
